PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

SK EIGHT DENTAL AND COSMETIC CENTRE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

It is our practice policy at SK Eight Dental and Cosmetic Centre, to provide you with all the relevant information about the cost and approximate timings of your dental work, before any treatment is undertaken. If you are new to the practice, then prior to your initial appointment we will quote you on the basic fee's payable such as the new patient examination, hygienist visits and the charge for emergency treatment appointments. 

On completion of your initial examination or consultation, suitable treatment options will be discussed and an estimate of cost provided.  

For more complex treatments, patients will receive a full written report and costings which will then be discussed at a follow-up appointment with our treatment coordinator. 

 

Payment Policy 

We please ask that payment is received in one of the following methods: 

A 25% deposit upon acceptance of treatment, then pay per appointment 

Finance taken out via Tabeo with the practice (treatment can commence following a successful application and after a 14 day cooling off period) 

 

All major credit and debit cards, apple pay and bacs payments are accepted.  Via arrangement we will accept a cheque payment. 

 

Cancellation Policy 

We please ask that at least 48 hours' notice is provided, should you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. This helps us reallocate the appointment to someone else, and also avoids any cancellation fees.  Cancellation fees are charged at 50% of the appointment value.
